Can I make changes to my order after 7 days of placing it?

Unfortunately, changes to orders cannot be made after the initial 7-day period as production will likely have commenced by then.

Is the advance payment refundable if I decide to cancel my order?

In case of order cancellation, a 25% deduction will be applied to your advance payment to cover production costs.

What if my furniture arrives damaged during delivery?

While we take utmost care if your furniture is damaged during delivery, we will claim the product, but exchange may not be possible.

Are glass items covered under the damage policy?

Glass items are exempt from our damage policy, so please inspect them thoroughly upon delivery.

What happens if I fail to pick up my product within the specified time?

If you don’t collect your product within 10 days of the agreed delivery date, we will not be responsible for the advance payment made.
