All wooden products are manufactured on order, The Delivery times for these products will be informed upon order confirmation, depending on the type of product and order value.

For orders Equal or Exceeding PKR 10,000 the customer would need to pay 50% of the full amount in advance.

We DO NOT Offer Refunds although we do offer a favorable replacement policy which will be in effect if said conditions are met;

In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products. In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complain through the number provided or Email us at the time of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and it is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit. If issues are not reported on delivery than its assured that products are delivered in excellent condition and complaint will not be catered.

Order cannot be changed or modified after delivery Company will not be responsible for any damage caused while taking goods through narrow corridors and stairwells.

Deliveries above ground floor will be charged extra amount in case there is no cargo elevator available and fitting charges are not included in any of the product and services would be provided with nominal charges but customer has to inform in prior.

Delivery dates are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned. The company will in no case, be liable for any compensation / damage / refund of advance etc. for any deliveries which are made beyond the delivery date and time.

Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days of receipt of the product by, bazaarpeak.com provided goods are received in acceptable condition.

Once the Product ordered by customer is ready customer is bound to take the delivery within 2-3 working days and after that company has right to charge holding charges on per day basis and company also reserves the right to cancel the order after continuous or prolonged delays and there wont be any refunds offered for such cancellations.
